House with Key

Housing

Like most of our country, Michigan is facing an acute shortage of affordable housing. This is causing an economic crisis—especially for young and fixed-income Michiganders. Learn what we can do to fix this by visiting our page on The Housing Crisis.

Local Control

Local Control

Democrat activists want to take away local zoning control. This cannot happen. The character of our neighborhoods should be decided by their community members, not Lansing bureaucrats. Conserving Pure Michigan

Michigan’s forests and lakes are a national treasure. The Great Lakes are the lifeblood of Michigan’s tourism industry. I will work to provide local communities the resources they need to protect these natural wonders, ensuring Michiganders and other Americans alike can continue to enjoy our beautiful outdoors. This includes supporting clean water initiatives, protecting endangered species, and preserving biodiversity in our forests.

Education

One of the core functions of government is to ensure every child has access to a quality education. We need more teachers and less bureaucracy. A functioning society needs critical thinkers, so children should be taught how to think, not what to think: education, not indoctrination. We have to embrace parents’ rights. Parents are the number one advocate for their child’s education, as they know their child better than anyone. We also need to expand educational pathways other than four-year degrees. We can partner with industry to provide direct pathways to well-paying, sustainable employment.

Together, let's fix Lansing.
